We have also included information that may help you if you are new to Christianity and just starting out on your journey of faith. Please check out our Prayer page or if you have any questions please contact us at the Parish Office and we will ensure that one of our team comes back to you.

Beginning on Tuesday 11th September between 7.30 pm and 9 pm (at the Rectory in Park Avenue) there will be a weekly opportunity for Bible study and prayer.  We will be looking at two books from the Bible - one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament, on alternate weeks. I hope that this will be helpful in recognising that people have different levels of time commitments.  If you are interested you might like to come to one series of you choice once a fortnight (and not miss anything) or to both - if you can manage that - on a weekly basis.

There will be the odd Tuesday when we will not be able to meet - when there are other church meetings or during some holiday times - but in the main Tuesdays will be an ongoing "Bible Study night" for the parish as we journey through the Scriptures to hear what God might be saying to us.  If there is a call for day-time Bible Study in addition to an evening gathering I would be very pleased to consider this.  Our first two books will be Ruth and the Gospel of Matthew. Do come and mention it to others you think might be interested.
